Is there a way to hide a completed row (% Completion Column) in a project?
Using a project smart sheet with Gantt functionality, I would like to be able to hide competed tasks in the project sheet. It is used for production scheduling so the once a task is completed it is not needed to be viewed again unless desired. Note... predecessors are used so deletion of the task is not desirable.

Apply a filter for % Completion is not 100%. Recognize, too, that mathematically, 100% = 1.00.

Worked well.
Thank you kindly!

Glad to hear it. We do the same thing (and a whole lot more) with our production schedule.

Along these lines, is there a way to write a formula that would move a line once marked "Complete" to another sheet?
Blessings,
Loann

Loann, there isn’t a built in function that will do this, but you could use Zapier which utilizes our API to perform automated actions. You could set up a Zap that would copy (not move) the contents of that row to another sheet if you mark a task as "Complete". Check out zapier.com for more information.

Hmmm...the dept asking needs it to be moved off the sheet to an archive sheet.
Looks like doing it the old-fashioned way is the route we'll need to go.
Thanks, Travis!
