Datamesh to Update Engagement Progress for Coaches and Clients
I run a smartsheet for tracking coach/client engagements. There are typically 6 or more sessions in an engagement. Neither coaches nor clients can have access to the sheet. I need the coaches to report the dates of each session in the engagements. Due to the nature of this environment, coaches can report any number of sessions at a time fo a specific client (they report name, and any relevant session dates) using a webform. I was then going to DataMesh the reports back into the Main tracker, but I am hitting a snag. When a coach submits a second report for the same client, (to update subsequent sessions) Datamesh can't handle the duplicate entry (keyed off client email id) and no further updates are carried across.
I need to find a way to accumulate multiple entries from a webform into a single line in another smartsheet.
What ideas do you have?

You could try accumulating the totals in the first sheet (where the Form entries land) and then using those entries (at the top or bottom of the Sheet) with DataMesh's sync.
Just a Gedankenexperiment as I don't have access to DataMesh at the moment.
