Status auto change

Hello,

I was wondering is it possible to make the status RYG color changes when it is closer to the due date?

For example: it shows red when it is due two days before the date and so on...

Is there a formula to right and what is the formula?

This is what I use to look 7 days ahead with a simple RYG indicator.

=IF(TODAY() - Finish# > 0, "Red", IF(TODAY() - Finish# > -7, "Yellow", "Green"))

Thank you very much for your help, now I am taking it to the next step, I am trying to make the colors go away if the checkbox is checked, I have done each color in a column and now I am stuck.
