Is there a way to hide the weekends from my calendar and Gantt chart.
Yes, assuming that you mean that your work week is Mon-Fri, and not on the weekends.
The short version is that you edit the "Working Days" setting for your Smartsheet, and deselect Saturday and Sunday.

I did see that but it appears to be a seeting to make cure the correct amount of days are calculated for dependencies. There doesnt seem to be a way to edit the view of the chart other than rearranging the start day of the week.
There wont be a way to hide weekends but as David mentioned, they wont be included as working days when scheduling tasks if you use dependencies.
