Vlookup w/ Checkboxes

I'm trying to link two sheets via a Vlookup equation. I want the formula to search the indicated sheet for an unchecked box and return whatever column I indicate.

I can make my equation work if I substitute numbers instead of checkboxes but I cannot make it work if I look for a check/unchecked box. What am I missing?

search for a value of True or False (checked or Unchecked)

I thought I had tried that w/ no success. Alas, gave it a shot and it worked! Thanks again!
