Viewing Sent Item History

Hi 

I had an inquiry from one of my colleagues.  They would like to be able to view the history of single rows that they sent to a specific email.  They had forgotten to cc themselves when they sent it and deleted the whole row by accident.  Sent items cannot be seen in the Activity Log and you can't view the cell history once a row has been deleted.  

Please let me know if I am missing something where you can view the history items that have been sent through Smartsheet.

Hi Jennifer,

You can definitely see history for rows that have been deleted, including a summary of the information that was contained in the row.

If you have a busy sheet, you might find it easier to filter events first:

1. Click Activity Log
2. Click on the Action drop-down and select Row Changes
3. If you have supplementary information like the date the row was deleted, that will certainly help.
4. Click the Apply button.
5. You are now looking for an entry something like the below image
