Holidays not showing

Hi.

I have loaded holidays under account settings and they are recorded on that admin screen, but they are not being reflected under new projects (in Gantt view). Any ideas?

Hi,

A couple of things to check:

Sheets won't retroactively inherit this setting, only new sheets that you created after you changed the setting and applied your holidays. You'll need to also set the same holidays on the sheet level with the steps in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765755-modifying-project-settings
Make sure your holidays are set for the same year that you're looking at for your projects.

It seems that the problem "resolved itself" once I selected "make this the default for all users".
