User type: Editor can share

Can someone help how licensed user type  "Editor can share" is not able to create folders but only onwer? a few days ago it was possible

    Hello,

    If you're referring to creating folders in a workspace, only admins and the owner can create a folder in the workspace that they're shared to. They'll need to be admins on your workspace to create folders.

    Otherwise, can you provide me with more information on where they're trying to create the folder? I can further advise with that info.

    can someone tell me if there is a problem with Smartsheet, my editors cannot upload proof, they are more like commenter, I don't know what to do? I have a team of 15 ppl that cannot work.
