I am looking to create a form that populates information into specific rows, not based on columns. I see a few discussions from several years ago, but nothing recently to see if this is doable.

How can I add pages to an intake form? I created an intake form that contains over 50 questions ad I would like to split them up into 5 pages of 10 questions but I'm unsure how to add pages within the Smartsheet form. Any help would be appreciated
