Creation date/time anomaly

Got a rookie question...
I'm using the system-generated creation date/time. Time zone recorded looks to be correct (EDT). I have a report that displays the time correctly. That report is included in a dash board that also looks correct.
I "published" the dashboard and accessed it from a provided link. The time displayed is PDT. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the enigma that is time in Smartsheets. The server time exists outside of the time-zone and front-end processing displays time correctly in the browser, but not in the server. There are lots of discussions around this. I am not sure that there is anything that can be done.
