Set colors on cells based on value of another cell
Problem Statement: Based on New Hire Title, they are granted access to certain applications
For example: If I select Manager from the title field, email, software, laptop cells will be highlighted as things that need to be done.
Another example: If I select leasing from the title field, email, software cells will be highlighted as things that need to be done.
I have found the conditional formatting, but it appears to only work for rows.
Thanks for any guidance.

Click on the "entire row" text in Conditional Formatting to select the "cells" that will be highlighted by the color you choose

Thank you! I can't believe I missed that! I was trying it with nested If stmts with success, however very tedious and room for error missing a ) in the stmt.
