I was wondering if there is a way to have someone reply automatically to a form when asked for a reply

I am looking to have someone reply back to the person who made the request

It sounds to me that you maybe could use an update request instead for this.

It will work however I want to be able to automate an update request

CTRL+e for details conflicts with Chrome Browser shortcut / hotkey
Typing CTRL-e in the Chrome Browser opens a Google Search in the address bar instead of showing the details view in Smartsheet as intended. Can you think of any way around this conflict?
