Enhancement Request: Formatting for Reports

There are numerous posts on improving formatting on Reports.

Here is a specific use case:

I have a sheet with multiple date columns and tasks. On one report, I am showing (either Gantt or Calendar) view of the tasks color coded by task. In a second report, I would like to show the dates (either Gantt or Calendar) view with dates coded by a different criteria. In some cases, the dates match two criteria differently so there is no pattern to satisfy all criteria with only one color.

I am porting from more than two Google Sheets into a single Smartsheet (for other reasons) but would like to keep the aesthetics clean as much as possible.

Either I need more options on the Sheet side - there is currently only one calendar color, if there was one per date column (clunky, I know), then I could solve this particular case.

Are you looking for multiple colors on one task bar in the calendar/gantt view, or multiple colors on the background portion of the calendar/gantt?
