Tracking re-occuring assigned projects

For example if on a team I have 15 projects that are on going

Assignment 1, 2, 3, 4 etc

I want to assign primary, secondary , tertiary

Then I want to have each person list how much time they spend a month in each of these roles

Is there a template for this in smartsheet including formulas for adding hours per month per person
