An Alerts and Actions rule has become invalid
Overnight I've received 20+ "An Alerts and Actions rule has become invalid" emails from smartsheet due to an employee who left our company several weeks back. Although his account was removed via LDAP, his email address exists in smartsheet alerts across our corporate smartsheet account. Is there a way to completely remove him from the system or do I need to go to each smartsheet and remove him from alerts one at a time?

You can ensure that they're removed from sharing on all sheets in Smartsheet with the steps in our help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/907335-removing-collaborators-from-sharing-all-sheets-team-business-enterprise-
If you still receive the "rule invalid" emails, the former employee could be added to a Contact list column that Alerts & Actions rules are using. If that's the case, your employee will need to be manually deleted from each cell in the Contact list column in those sheets.
