Hello,

Could the SmartSheet community get an update on the successor column from the products team? I believe this was first requested a few years ago in late 2015 and has been by others multiple times since then.

Hi Riley,

There currently isn't successors functionality in Smartsheet; only predecessors can be defined at this time. When you have a moment, please submit a product enhancement request using the form under Quick links to the right of the community site to make our Product team more aware of the popularity of this type of feature.

2 of 5 automation workflows in a SMartSheet randomly stopped performing?
Two of my five automation workflows appear to have just randomly stopped performing on April 9, 2026. All others, which would/are performing as normal and would be functioning alongside the other workflows, are functional and appear to be untouched by this 'bug'. Help I've tried all that I can think of.
