Collaborating on Single Task with Outside Vendor (Rehab)

Greetings. I have a Real Estate Property "Rehab Project Plan" with tasks that I would like to assign to a vendor (i.e Electrician) so that I can manage his tasks and collaborate with him. I do not want the Electrician to see entire sheet, only that task(s) assigned to him.

I have read several articles on this but couldn't find anything that was a perfect fit.

Do you have any recommendations? What is the "Best Practice" way to implement this?

The best practice depends on your specific need. There are different ways to set this up. Send the task, update request, reports, dashboard.
