Automated Alerts and Actions - customize "From" in email?

When we have automated alerts and actions based on triggers the email displays from: Smartsheet Alerts & Actions (automation@smartsheet.com). Is it possible to customize this?

When I manually send an update request the email display shows as my name via Smartsheet - this is better. Ideally for the automated alerts we'd like to customize the display so people don't overlook the message.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to customize it.

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

I think that the manual sent update request shows the name because it's not automated and you are the one sending it. When it's automated there is no way of knowing who the sender is.

Hello, are there any updates on this? Are you able to change the display name of the automation emails, so it won't necessarily be from 'firstname lastname via Smartsheet'? Please let me know. Thank you.
