I have the attached date Alert setup in my SmartSheet but cannot get the Alerts to "trigger" overnight. Can anyone assist in what I may be missing in the setup of the Alert?

im having the same trouble, I can get the update request to trigger but not the alert.
The idea is to have a simple managers alert if someone hasn’t completed a task by say 2 days after it finish or due date.
i have tried all sorts of ways to trigger the alert including manual on changes to sheet row but it won’t trigger.
I tried last night again to see if it would work with my admin rights but again it didn’t work.
?? I have put a ticket in to support.

Its very frustrating when you are adding multiple columns and having to use the slide bar to move to the end and then click the 3 dots and add another column. Seems there has to be an easier more productive way.
