Outlook app

I'm trying to use the Outook app but am running into a few issues:

  • 1. It won't work on desktop versions of Outlook, right?
  • 2. I can't seem to be able to edit the "due date"
  • 3. Do you have to assign to the person's email address?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Also, the allocation won't seem to update? It defaults to "1.00" which translates into 100%?

    Hello Kelley,

    1. It won't work on desktop versions of Outlook, right?

The Smartsheet plugin does work on the Desktop versions of Outlook. On the Desktop app. you will see a "Smartsheet (Beta)" link when opening an email.

    2. I can't seem to be able to edit the "due date"

For this one, please shoot an email to api@smartsheet.com and include a screenshot of what you're seeing. I'm not able to reproduce this in my account.

    3. Do you have to assign to the person's email address?

It may be best to discuss this one via email as well. Please include a screenshot and some information on this question in your email to api@smartsheet.com.

The items listed in the drop-down should depend on the type of Column being used. Also, none of the fields should be required, I have left many of them blank or entered my own value(s) for them without issues.

    Cheers,

    Joseph
