Unable to allocate task to user
Hi there,
I have a task owner column (formatted as Contact). It seem very random on which users it will look up so I'm having to 'Allow' non-users a lot.
I thought it might be change, where SmartSheet isn't allowing allocation to a non-licensed user however it sometimes won't pick up licensed users as well.
All users have access to the sheet. They are part of a User Group.
Any ideas?

Is resource allocation working as intended otherwise?
Are you using multiple contact columns?
