Pin sheets to top of workspace

Hello,

I have a Workspace that will soon have several dozen sheets or more. I have a Template for this Workspace and a Smartsheet on how to use the Workspace for my organization. It is going to get very easy for these two important sheets to get lost.

Is there a way I can "Pin" them to the top of the list?

Hi,

You can use the favorite section to find the most important objects. You could also use a naming convention and sort alphabetically to see the most important sheets.

I was going to suggest naming convention. Maybe using "1. (Sheet Name)" and "2. (Sheet Name)".

The favorites section is good for YOU, but if other people are going to be accessing them through a workspace they too would have to remember to "favorite" them.

Usually, when I set up a solution for my clients, I either select the favorites or give instructions on which they should favorite and how to do it.

Naming conventions is a great solution if it works for the use case.

This is what I ended up doing as everyone has their own account and I cant control their favorites.

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
