Direct entry of images in to row cell of a Project Tracker sheet using FORMS

I am trying to develop Project Progress tracker wherein I intend to get my construction site photos in to my progress sheet using information update by way of a FORM.

My current challenge is that I can get photos uploaded through form but they get located in comments tabs and for every time I have to first manually download the image and then again upload the image in to cell of that particular row.

I want to know if there is any other simple method to upload the information automatically in to cell as image insert?

Hi Rohit,

Unfortunately, it's not possible with forms, but you can do it with sheets and reports. On mobile, you can choose Edit row, and that will show the row data like a form.

Would that work?

Many thanks for quick reply.

My challenge is that on my construction site i do not want to give license as i have limited sites and lot of sites so i thought of forms.

So looking for form based information pull in.

Happy to help!

Fortunately, you don't need to have licenses for the collaborators on the sites. You just need to add them as users in Smartsheet, and then they can have access to the sheets and more.
