Adding new workspaces to an existing report

Hi Smartsheet community!

I have a workspace that we frequently "save as" for new projects. The format, columns, etc - stay the same for every workspace, every project.

Is there a way for my new workspaces to be automatically added to my roll-up report automatically? Please?

I would LOVE if there was. I would suggest putting in an enhancement request here.

I've already put one in as I have an extremely similar use case for it that I need multiple times per week.

Contacts
I created a new project in my PMO, when I tried to pick a contact there were very few listed 7 versus the 165 people in my org. I checked My Contacts and all of the contacts were listed. Do I need to link that somehow to my sheet? How would I do that? Second question, what is the best strategy to keep My Contacts updated…
Viewer Vs Paid Membership?
Do you have to have a paid Membership on Smartsheet's to access a link in a worksheet? Or Can you just be a Viewer and still have access or open a link on a smartsheet?
