Web Form Submission Notification

If you set your Alerts to send you an email when anything in the sheet changes you will get the form data as it comes in. With that if you use GMail you can set your sheet up to be edited in the email as well. You can manage these alerts as well. They can be once an hour, once a day, etc.

That was my plan, but the alerts do not show the values for each record. The admin staff in my office has requested a separate page for each record in the sheet. I suspect this is just a lack of knowledge on my part as to how to generate the info into a separate page for each line on the SmartSheet.

Rex, try the add-on app Zapier. I think that may help.

Alerts include notifications and reminders. Notifications can email you the entire row when a new form is submitted.

there may be some confusion. I dont know what you mean by a record. When you do a web form and it is sent to the sheet it creates a row. The alert notification will show you each new row. Please confirm we are talking the same thing.
