Security assessment fields for each project

Our security certification requires that we provide answers to several key security questions for every project (risk assessment, project justification, etc) and I was wondering what the best way to handle that in Smartsheet would be.  They're not really tasks, since it's just several sentences for each that need to be completed at the start of every project.  I suppose we could have them as a set of tasks in each project and add the answers into the notes, but I was wondering if there was a cleaner way to set it up. Our previous project management solution allowed us to add them as a set of fields that needed to be completed in a general "about this project" section that was separate from the list of tasks.

Hi Danielle,

Here are a few ideas:

1. Project charter sheet
2. Project intake sheet or form
3. A section at the top of the sheet that can hold key information about the project
4. Specific columns or cells in the sheet
