Show changes made in the last 24 hours (only)?

Is there a way to have a smartsheet highlight only those changes that have been made in the last n hours?

I look for changes to one of our smartsheets every morning and copy them to another file. We have yellow change highlights turned on but I'm finding that they can remain there for days, making it hard to see only what's changed since yesterday.

1-5 different people edit this sheet throughout the day, and on some days there are no changes at all. Ideally, I'd load up this smartsheet every morning and move on to my next task if I saw nothing highlighted, confident that nothing had changed since the last time I checked for updates.

there are options to see changes for "today" or for "day"(24 hrs), "three days" ...

You could also set up notifications to let you know when something changes on the sheet. I typically will have this turned on for sheets that I rely on other people to update that way when they actually do get around to updating it lets me know via email and I can go in and do whatever I need to do.

Plus, since these notification emails come at odd hours in the early morning normally, they will be sitting there in your inbox waiting for your review when you get to work.

And by "odd hours", Zac means that the emails are sent out sometime between midnight and 5am PST.
