Dateformat changes in external linked sheets
I've created a table to manage our school-year. Out of this table several calendars should be created. As there is no possibility to create more than one calendar out of one tablesheet I worked with markups and created external links to some other tablesheets so that there is one sheet for every group I have to manage. Unfortunately the dateformat changes from "dd.mm.yy" in the original table to "mm/dd/yy" in the linked table. The calendar does not publish these dates. How can I have smartsheet to avoid changing the dateformat?

Hi Matthias,
If I understand you correctly, you have one master sheet that you are linking to other sheets and using the calendar in each sheet. Is that correct?
Have a fantastic week!

Hello Matthias,
Smartsheet uses your Language (Country) setting to dictate your default date format (e.g., mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy). Since the dates are being cell linked, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team, providing them with the names of the affected sheets, in order to refresh the cell links.
If you're interested in more information on the Language (Country) setting, see: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/796268-adjusting-personal-settings
