Counting Check boxes when Checked

Hello,

 

I would like to find a way for a way to count the check boxes when they are checked. Ideally, I would like formula that allows me to know what date it was checked. I'm not sure if the modified data column can do this because I do not have sufficient data at the moment. 

Another solution I'm thinking is possible is if there's a way to auto-fill another column when done is checked with "1" and then extract the date of that into another column.

Hi,

To count the checked boxes is easy but to know the date you'd either have to check each cell/activity log or use a third-party service like Zapier to set the date it was checked.

Would that work?

Thanks for the quick response! I was thinking it seemed more of a manual process.

 

So, in the image below it shows each status we have. The Done status isn't included because it counts the how many Closed projects there are.

*A Closed project can include Rejected and Complete*

That is why tracking when done is checked is important!  Let me know if you have any other questions about it!
