simple total column
I have set up 2 sheets similar to the inspection submissions and metrics template i found in the solutions center. I use it to collect postage cost per month. I have the submissions feeding into the metrics page with a SUMIFS formula. All of that is working fine. However when I want to total the row for a monthly total with a basic =SUM formula, it is not returning the correct value. What am I missing?

Have you tried =A5+B5+C5 without the sum formula? What does that produce for you?

Thanks for the reply.... it just populated by itself with the correct values. Must have been on a delay, who knows? Kind of strange but its working now.

Great. That is a really strange error. But then again, Smartsheet tends to have those more often than I'd like.
