Calculating Totals
Dear all
I deal with importing goods from all over the world, and payment usually happens in multiple currencies.
In smartsheet, I have a column for currency (USD/Euro etc) and the next column I have the amount.
What I am looking for is a payable total in each currency,
E.G. For Payable euro, the formula will look at all Euro in the currency column, and see the value corresponding to it and add it.
same will go for USD, Yen and so forth.
Will this be possible.

Hi Resalat,
Try this.
=SUMIF(Currency:Currency; "Euro"; Amount:Amount)
The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.
=SUMIF(Currency:Currency, "Euro", Amount:Amount)
Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.
Did it work?
Have a fantastic week!
