Project intake

Hi

For our project- and programmanagement, we want to make use of the template set 'project intake'. We already created an 'intake form' whereby projectleaders can submit their project proposals.

Is it possible to share this form with possible projectleaders without giving them acces to the project intake sheet in which all submitted projects are visible? In other words, is there any way the project intake sheet is owned by one person while the intake form is accessible to many persons?

Hi Sara,

Yes, it is. You can share the form so it can be accessible by anyone that has the link to the form or registered users (they would need to log in).
