Setting a sender out of the contact in the smartsheet
I am trying to use the smartsheet as a intake form to capture various requirements and make smartsheet to open tickets based on the needs to the corporate ticket system. the corporate ticket form is quite complex to navigate. the tickets are created via emails such as [email protected] etc. However I would like the flow continue between requester and the ticket queue. in order to do that, when the smartsheet sends an email to the ticket queue, the sender has to be the original requester instead of [email protected]. Is there a way to grab the contacts and set them as senders?
