Smartsheet pricing and hardball tactics

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. For years we had a great experience with our sales reps and recently we were assigned new reps that said we had to have a 33 1/3% price increase. At this point, we need to look for alternatives to spreadsheet -- which is a shame -- but this kind of price increase is insane. I don't know if we have particularly obstreperous reps or if there is some sort of new "get tough" stance on that Smartsheet is taking.
