Reports - pdf or Excel ?
I send regular reports to customers showing their expected delivery date of products. These dates can change frequently to suit their own construction schedules. Some customers prefer Excel format, others prefer PDF. If I need to change the email address of any customer, or add another name to their team, I am unable to see whether the preferred format was Excel or PDF. Is there any way I can see what was sent (short of ticking the cc to myself).
I have put in an enhancement request, (a couple of times now) but it has not reached the top of the pile.
