Reports - pdf or Excel ?
I send regular reports to customers showing their expected delivery date of products. These dates can change frequently to suit their own construction schedules. Some customers prefer Excel format, others prefer PDF. If I need to change the email address of any customer, or add another name to their team, I am unable to see whether the preferred format was Excel or PDF. Is there any way I can see what was sent (short of ticking the cc to myself).
I have put in an enhancement request, (a couple of times now) but it has not reached the top of the pile.
Any suggestions?

As far as I can see, your best option ATM is CC'ing yourself. Once the sheet/ report has been sent, you can't tell the format.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to see if it was set to send as PDF or Excel in the Send as Attachment settings or in the Activity Log, but it's a great idea!
