Modifying resource views

Good day and thanks in advance!

Doing as I understand it's supposed to, when i open a resource view and select (and expand) a resource, all sheets with that resource are there and roll up to the total resource allocation for that resource.

My challenge is that I have multiple earlier versions of plans I've developed, with resources identified that I save for later reference. This becomes a problem in that the total resource allocation is not correct.

Is there a way to deselect the sheets included in the view that are not "active"?

Hi Richard,

Yes, there are. In the Resource View > Edit (right upper corner) > Select/deselect as needed.
