Assigning contact to multiple tasks

Is it possible to assign a contact to more than one task at the same time?

 

I have a sheet with 65 rows - there are contacts with multple tasks so trying to avoid having to pick from the list on each single task.

 

Thanks in advance for any help offered.

    Steve,

    I also hate picking contacts (or anything) from a dropdown list, so I usuallly start to type their names; or copy-paste them; or sometimes drag-and-pull-down them. I don't know if you're looking for a smarter solution, but I haven't found anything but these :)

    Hi Atus - thats what I have been doing too.  I wondered if there was a smarter/more automated way of populating the same contact into multiple tasks to speed the process up....
