Alert based on row deletion

Hello All,

Is there a way to setup an alert that has the following conditions:

IF row on 'X' sheet is deleted by anyone but 'Y', sent alert to 'Z'.

I thought about creating and alert that said if row is deleted alert 'Z' if 'modified by' is not 'Y'. It doesn't look like I can do this though as the work-flow parameters I created sometime ago (see below) are no longer valid, plus I don't know that basing it off 'modified by' would work as the row is being deleted, not modified.

Any ideas on a work around would be appreciated.

Not perfect but found a solution. I used the basic work-flow that sends an alert to myself when a row is deleted, and then added the condition from the firs alert that came through so that it doesn't alert me of rows deleted by myself. What I don't like about it is that I can't set this up for others as I usually would...!
