Is there a way to determine which Outlook receipents of an Automated alert or update via SmartSheet were not delivered or be able to create a read receipt?

was this ever resolved or created? searching now to see if I can setup so that if an email address entered into a form ends up being "undeliverable'. i don't want a Read Receipt just want to be notified if the email did not go through or didn't work.
