I want to denote unavailable time for resources so when a task assigned to that person fell on an unavailable time period, the start and end dates accomodated for that automatically. Is there a way to do that in smartsheet?
Not with dependencies enabled. With dependencies not enabled, you would need a few helper columns to essentially replace the dependencies function and to work in the vacation scheduled.

Hi Can you utilize forms to make data entry easier into a row that already exists?. For instance, if I have pre-populated a sheet with 100 rows/items can I use a form to update certain columns in these rows…to make columns with multiple lines of text easier to enter? Many thanks Matt
