Workflow Approval Options

It seems that a workflow approval should have 3 options.

1. Send serially to approver then to another approver. 
2. Send to more than one approver at the same time and if ANY approve, it moves to the next step.
3. Send to more than one approver at the same time and only if ALL approve, it moves to the next step.

I cannot seem to solve for #3 in the Workflow approval setup.  Am I missing something or does someone have a suggestion on how to solve this?

Use case: I need to send the approval request to 3 people all at the same time (in order to expedite the approval process) but not move to the next step until all three have approved.  

Any help would be appreciated.

You would need to include the conditions of all three approval columns being "Approved" in the next step's criteria.

So I don't think it exactly gets me what I want...even if I send to two people, the result can only be placed in one column...so there's no way to check that both have approved.  (Note screenshot).

You would need to set it up for one person, then duplicate it for the other two as separate notifications. They will all send at the same time. The followup notification is where you would include the condition of all 3 approval columns changing to "Approved".

Ohhh...so clone another workflow entirely on the sheet.  Got it.  I was confused there, thought you were suggesting just duplicating the request within that one workflow.  Couldn't figure out how to do that.  Light bulb back on.  Thanks!

That would actually be a great feature to include multiple approvals on one request without them having to go to the same column. Have you submitted a product enhancement request for this yet?
