Duration in Hours and Minutes
Greetings,
I have certain subtasks under my tasks that only run terms of hours and minutes and not days.
Is it possible to capture the duration in that detail ?
Or do we need to break down the days in to hours (which seems very tedious).
I did find on this link: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765727-enabling-dependencies-using-predecessors, that weeks and hours can be displayed.
Can someone help.
Thank you

Hi,
Not sure I follow!
Yes, it's possible! You can write in the same way as the example above so you don't need to break it down by days.
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic day!

Duration is the amount of days allotted that a person has to work on a task. The Allotment is the percentage of that period that it should take to complete it... for example:
Task A may take 4 hours over two working days...
two days: 2d = 8h+8h = 16h
percentage: 4h/16h = 25%

Greetings
Is it possible to capture the time in hours and minutes on the Gantt ?
As far as I know the time on the gantt allows days, weeks and months!
In case I want to capture an activity that took place for 30 min, do I manually input it or can I add formulae to the date columns ?
For example: An item was dispatched by the vendor at 9:05 am and reach the destination at 2:30 pm.
How do I enter this in the date column to get the required duration ?
Thank you
