The ability to lock the attachment and discussion columns would allow for us to use sheets for document control over a period of time. It would be good to add this ability without locking the entire sheet to the user.
Example, I want to have a drawing review sheet - and I want to have a drawing on each row that will evolve over time. I want some people to make discussions on the rows, but don't want them to be able to change the attachments / drawings. I want the attachments to be strongly controlled because they are building drawings.
Also, I may want people to be able to add information to the rows without adding to the discussion or changing the attachments.
Can we do this???
