Managing Resources across multiple projects

Hi All,

We have many concurrent projects running at all times. I am looking for ways to manage resource assignments across multiple projects. When I assign a resource for a specific project/task, I want to see if this particular resource is available around those specific dates. Also, I would like to see the global view for all resources to see if someone is under or oversubscribed.
