Update confirmation email from completed Update Request
We have noticed when using an Update Request that the Requester and Requestee (who completes the update) BOTH get an automatic email "Update Confirmation." Our Requestees do not want to receive the automatic email confirmation (after all, they know they have just completed the update request). Does anyone know how to eliminate that for the Requestee? I have not been able to find it as a setting or anything.
Thank you.

Hi Rebecca,
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment to change anything else than what's available in the Personal Settings, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Have a fantastic weekend!

Still no workaround for this? It lacks logic as a "feature".

I second Neisha's comment. These automatic confirmation emails are a useless, annoying feature.

Is there any update on this? I've run into the same, where I'm getting all these Update Confirmations for a sheet I've created for another group within my organization and once I launch it, I don't want any notifications from the process unless they reach out for some adjustments. Additionally, based on the comments above, I don't like the thought of the individuals getting a confirmation email. That will turn the users off quickly. Might need to go back to the Alert Someone Workflow and avoid the reliance on the input form. That may be met with some resistance, but less I think than the extra e-mails. If there is an Enhancement Request that we should vote up, then please point me in the right direction.

Great news! We now allow people to opt-in to receive this request confirmation rather than receiving it automatically every time. Read more in my Community Post.
