Web form access to registered users only

Hi,

 

I want to provide the acess of web form (via link provided) to only registered users and want to fetch the user in same form who has accessed it.

 

Eg. If userA fills up the form and sumbit, my web form sheet should show Form filled by "userA"

 

Please suggest.

If you use the system column Modified by, this will tell you who modified the column whether done by webform or within Smartsheet.  If it is done by webform the name recorded is whoever the link was emailed to.  If the recipiend forwards the link to person B updates via thte webform, the original recipient is the name recorded in the modified by column.

Hi Brett,

 

I add one column as "Submitted By" and pulled the user login from "Auto-Number System" and choose "Created By" from "System-generated column".

Now it is showing the user's login who submitted a form.
