Two Smartsheets- linked- add row in one- can it auto add linked in 2nd?
Hi,
I"m working with two smartsheets for test planning.... The primary sheet goes over the what is being tested, which teams, the planned volume & dates.
The second sheet is for results reporting and links back to some key fields in the primary sheet.
Problem I have- if i add data to the primary (ie new test event)- is there anyway to get it to auto-add the rows to the second sheet? (so they can report results)
Any wayt o do this easily?
Thanks.

Hi Bob-- Great question! There isn't currently a way to do this directly within Smartsheet but I've added your vote for it to our enhancement request list. In the meantime, you could accomplish this using a third-party application we recommend called Zapier, which allows you to use the Smartsheet API to copy rows between sheets: https://zapier.com/zapbook/smartsheet/. Hope this helps!
