I have salesman that use pdf fillable forms for company use. I created a sheet that has all the forms in it as attachments. When using the desktop version they click on the attachment and it brings up the file and they file in the information and can print it. They are unable to do this in there smartsheet app for IOS. I created these forms in Microsoft Office and not Google Documents. Is this why they are not working in their app?

I just tested and it works for me on iOS and I also tried saving it in iCloud Drive and then opening and that works as well.
Have you thought about creating a form in Smartsheet or another solution instead? Maybe even a Google Doc?
Is the form very complex?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

Thanks for your input....we did figure out that they didn't have adobe on their phones and that was why they were unable to do it.

Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
