Dynamically update dashboard after form submission

I am experimenting with the Sights feature, and attempting to have my dashboard update whenever a new web form is submitted. We have some metrics that are manually updated every week, and I'm hoping to auto-populate an overall view.

 

However, a new form submission doesn't update any of the numbers in my Sight, they are stuck on the old numbers even though there are new, updated numbers in the sheet & cells I specified. I'm not sure why not. Any insights?

What I have done is built in hidden count formulas on the sheet where the webform is populated.  When the criteria is entered (which you can control by using drop down menus on your webform) on the webform the count formula will update the Sight.
