I am working on a presentation for our exec team about my experience out at Engage 2019. Does anyone remember the name of the company that spoke during the keynote speech about how they used Smartsheet to get resources organized & on the ground faster during Hurricane Dorian?
You can find the keynote here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtYLA0_BEPE
Hi Sarah,
I don't know if it was in the Keynote, but I heard something about Starbucks, I think, and that they used Smartsheet to check that the employees were ok and that they could service the customers.
Was that the one you were thinking of`?
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic weekend!

Hi,
Thank you for the replies. It was not Starbucks. It was a company the helps with disaster relief and their story was about how with smartsheet they were able to organize resources & get on the ground in the Bahamas within 12 hours or something like that. I believe it was the story right before Mark walked out on stage at the beginning of the Keynote. They cut it out in the video. : ( I think this story would make a great impact with my exec team & want to use it during an upcoming presentation. Any help would be appreciated!
Sarah
Happy to help!

Is there a way to revert to the old dashboard look and feel. The new dashboards do not look good at all. There is no way of knowing if there are additional items in the widgets until you scroll over one to learn there is more to it since the vertical bar doesn't show. We have hundreds of dashboards and they will all need…
When i try to send or print the timeline view instead of showing the progression bars like they do on the screen it only send the data entered and not a graph type view to print. Is there a way to do this. I am using a mac platform if that helps.
